Redefining Legal Workflow through Generative AI

The Challenge

Within JEMP, the drafting of commercial contracts was a manual, repetitive, and error-prone process. The main challenge consisted in transforming a slow bureaucratic operation into a fluid, secure, and immediate experience, eliminating the manual recovery of old templates and clauses.

My Role

Strategic Design and Orchestration

I acted as a bridge between the legal team's needs and the technical potential of AI. In a multidisciplinary team, composed of a computer engineer and a management engineer, I led the definition of the workflow and the UX architecture.

I actively contributed to writing the code for input integration, AI generation improvement, and the implementation of the final formal template.

Vector database built on Pinecone containing 5 years of historical articles and definitions for maximum contextual precision.

Integration of Open AI (GPT-4) via API for generating relevant data embeddings and tailored legal clauses.

Automation through Microsoft Word templates (Jinja2) to ensure legal validity and strict document structure.

JEMPy Code Architecture

Visualization of the agent's internal logic, mapping the flow from user input through the RAG architecture to the final document generation.
